We had the chicken tagine and the kefte tagine with couscous. Both were delicious. Would definitely come back here for the food and the pet turtle that wanders around aimlessly. I almost had a heart attack a couple of times because I thought someone was going to kick him by accident! Servers are a bit on the slow side.

We went for lunch and were impressed with the vibe, the chill music, the friendly staff, the excellent food and yes, Charlie the lone remaining tortoise. I had a delicious burger- a welcome change after two weeks of mostly tagine and cous cous. My wife had a market salad which she enjoyed as well. The vibe is very relaxed and... More

It is a real treat to enter this tranquil and pleasantly cool restaurant situated in a riad after wandering through the alleys of the medina! Tables are available in the lush palm garden with turtles and birds or in the more intimate small rooms around the courtyard. The food is not spectacular but the menu offers a wide choice of... The skewers, with chips and 3 sauces, were fantastic, and we loved the beer and wine. It was very nice getting away from the heat and business of the streets of Marrakech inside. There is even a turtle roaming around. I highly recommend you eat here.

A tranquil retreat in the middle of the medina. The food was amazing - especially the lamb and fig tegine and orange blossom créme brulee and service impeccable. My friend and I went back three times! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hidden restaurant in the medina away from the crowd. You would never expect this palatial garden behind the tiny door. The ambiance is spectacular at night. They light a ton of candles and play amazing eclectic music! It's just a must, reservations recommend. We liked the lamb couscous, mixed prochette, half grilled chicken and chocolate spiced mouse (looks weird... More

Its all about the lovely setting for this restaurant, as it really is a great little garden with beautiful plants and cages with budgies. The food is good - I recommend the chicken brochette, which comes with chips and vegetables. However, the real negative was the heat. We went for dinner in the second week of September and it really... More

Very calming place in a courtyard garden full of greenery. The food was great, the staff friendly and the music (although a bit loud) relaxing.

I love Le Jardin. I used to take a lot of my clients there because it's such an impressive setting. But I feel staff seems to be no longer interested in trying their best. Keep up your enthousiasm and be of service! I love the food even though the menu does not change that much, it's a nice place if... More

After a week of frankly rather dodgy experiences in Morocco we were delighted to stumble upon this God send. Situated in definitely one of the nicer parts of Marrakech, it's an immensely atmospheric and beautiful restaurant with great food and polite and swift service, and we were more than happy to pay what was charged at the end. Highly recommended!

Description
a newcomer. This new restaurant in the old town of Marrakech is welcome as a calm oasis. Coulour are all in green and black( and white ) there is a large patio with a slight market feeling , then lots of terrasses ,and alcoves. As it was quite new when I went there lin February it feels a bit empty , but with Easter holidays approaching it is certainly a great place to relax during your shopping spree in the souks
