We booked into here as part of our tour around the Media as last time it was a fair bit cooler and the restaurant was an oasis in the middle of the Souk. This time however, not matter if it was our friendly waiter or the kids, the heat of the summer made the restaurant almost unbearable. Our food was... More

My partner and I had dinner at Le Jardin tonight. The restaurant was highly recommended to us by our riad. Our general impression is that the restaurant attracts a younger, tendy European crowd. The atmosphere is clearly above average. We were seated in the beautiful outdoor garden that had what seemed like thousands of birds chirping above us. As the... More

Great food in a nice restaurant with a real zen like atmosphere. Nice menu with traditional tajines but allso different things so everybody can find something they like. Def worth going too.

We were so pleased to walk in the beautiful setting of Le Jardin for dinner from the wild streets of the medina. We enjoyed a great bottle of well priced Moroccan rose and sparkling water. We ordered the sardines and vegetable couscous both which were quite tasty. The service was friendly and prompt. The prices were also reasonable compared to... More

You pay for the courtyard more than the food here, the setting is very lovely but the food distinctly average. I opted for the 'fresh market salad' but found the avocado unripe and the tomatoes past their best, my boyfriend describes his vegetable Tagine as 'OK'.. Praise indeed! But worth a visit for the beautiful shady courtyard alone.

A must visit when in Marrakech. We had a lovely meal after our visit to the Ben Youssef Madrasa (Literally round the corner) Its a hidden lush green oasis with fantastic service and delicious food and drink! Will be back.

Unique experience, so much so we went twice! Food, drink and service are all excellent, but it's the whole ambience of the place which makes it special, not least the fact that it actually is a garden, tables are placed in among the plants and trees. Birds both caged and natural are singing, and there's at least one tortoise to... More

Now the food, for starters we eat the pastilla of pigeon with almonds was perfect, good portion, good taste just perfect, then the tangine of lemon chicken was just ok, real small portion :s the taste of... The price was reasonable the food was really good would recommend the kofta tagine. A little haven tucked in the busy streets of morroco.

Really lovely hidden spot, a true oasis in the middle of the winding streets. We had a big three course lunch, everything was top quality and incredibly tasty, as well a being very well priced. Look out for the tortoise, and a gorgeous silks shop upstairs. A true gem.

Description
a newcomer. This new restaurant in the old town of Marrakech is welcome as a calm oasis. Coulour are all in green and black( and white ) there is a large patio with a slight market feeling , then lots of terrasses ,and alcoves. As it was quite new when I went there lin February it feels a bit empty , but with Easter holidays approaching it is certainly a great place to relax during your shopping spree in the souks
