A rustic resort and updated for comfort. On-site restaurant is no longer open except for special events, but 2 country clubs located close by open to all. Beautiful Ponderosa Pines area are part of the Mogollon Rim, largest stand of Ponderosa in the country. Close by is an Equestrian Center open to the public for horseback rides and musical events... There are two resorts here each owned by a separate timeshare companies. They share some features such as the indoor pool. We stayed at the PVC Roundhouse timeshare in a deluxe unit. From what I can see the units are the same except that deluxe unit has a deck with tablle and chairs and a barbeque where as the other... More

We needed a place for two nights while visiting family in Pinetop. We rented a two-bedroom cabin that was the most fully equipped vacation rental I have ever experienced, The master bedroom had a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower; the other bathroom featured a shower in the tub. The bedrooms were large, with a king size bed in the... More

Nice rooms. Quiet location. Kitchen needs some updating in that the stove didn't always work (loose plugs on burners). Tub was EXTREMELY slow to drain. Squeaky bed. Sofa bed VERY comfortable. Pretty grounds, lots of shade. Indoor pool only. Racquetball, pool, basketball, bocci ball, putt-putt.

The condos are very clean - as are the exterior grounds and the recreation areas. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable of local restaurants, hiking trails, and other tourist information. I would not think twice about staying at the Roundhouse Resort as i had a relaxing stay.

The best accomodations on the property are the private prefab little cabins. They are located in the front of the property and have a sepperate checkin from the rest of the resort. They are called PVCC. The rest of the resort is timeshare and the best prices are through Trip advisor. The back row of the resort and I use... More

PVC Roundhouse is a timeshare resort, but very different from the norm. The units resemble log cabins, but are actually manufactured homes. The unit was very clean and charming. The office staff was helpful in finding restaurants and sites to see while we were there. Our only negative is that they did not give us sufficient warning about possible bear... More

We settled in on Friday and were satisfied with our accommodations. The pool and hot tub are great, and we were happy it has ping pong.

We checked into PVC Roundhouse, Pinetop Arizona run by Diamond Resorts before going to Round House run by RCI. What a mistake checking out of PVC Roundhouse after 4 days & using RCI time we had to go to this horrible, filthy, old place!! Oh they have a few places they have remodeled, but we got stuck in a very... More
