Our fun western dining experience is offered year-round, with seasonal live music and outdoor patio fireside dining. Our restaurant is centrally located in Lakeside, just a ten-minute drive from Pinetop and Show Low. Folks often ask why Porter Mountain Western Grill & Saloon has become such a popular restaurant among locals as well as area visitors. Well... •Our saloon is a friendly and fun local watering hole, where folks meet and mingle or watch the game from our antique bar •The main dining room offers relaxed eating and a menu with something for everyone, including the little buckaroos •Our private party and banquet facilities are a unique alternative for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, and "The Barn" hosts larger seasonal events like weddings, family reunions and business gatherings •The whole facility is like a western museum where you can experience a taste of the Old West browsing our authentic antiques, collectibles and memorabilia •Last but not least, our attentive staff is known for their warm, western hospitality Isn't it time you made Porter Mountain Steakhouse & Saloon your new tradition for western dining in the White Mountains of Arizona?

Although it's a little off the beaten path in Pinetop, Porter Mountain Steakhouse was well worth the trip. My wife and I always enjoy going there. Some of the best steak in town, cooked to perfection. Not overly fancy, but so good! The portions are...More

It was lackluster food they day I went. My burger was over priced and overcooked. In all fairness, they may have had a bad day . I have not been back since.

We both had the sirloins. French fries were a bit salty. Everything else is great so far. The atmosphere was great. The staff was great too! I will be back.

First time to eat at Porter Mountain. Was impressed by the atmosphere upon entry and then each of the various meals our party of five ordered were prepared perfectly. We will visit again soon.

We enjoyed this family Steakhouse in the Pinetop-Lakeside area. We came early and were seated by the window. No lines or waiting when you come early. The Ol' West carvings and décor are great! My sister thought some of the food was a bit salty....More

We had heard mixed reviews of this restaurant, but had to try it for ourselves. Four of us had dinner here, and we all came away with good vibes. The service was excellent, as were the steaks. The decor is informal and attractive. As MacArthur...More

Really wanted this to be better, but the food didn't live up to anything more than average. Service and people are above average. Locations and atmosphere are above average for the type of experience expected. The food just wasn't special enough to be a must...More
