We were visiting Cuenca with family and we had dinner there, they had some options they offered us to be safe for Celiac Disease, and GF beer. The salad was good and well served.

The place is in the center, but parking was not a problem. Service was good and food portions very generously served. Fresh salads, with caramelized gout cheese...simply delicious. Mushroms with Foie, another speciality to be recommended.
