We visited Cuenca on a blustery and rainy Sunday with friends from Madrid, luckily we stumbled our way into Picaro before and after lunch to dry out and revive our spirits with some spirits. Picaro is a wonderfully colorful and friendly local bar, sort of...More

We stayed here in a quick visit to cuenca and we only have to say that everything was so nice. A quiet place in which we found the perfect place for staying with our kid. The dishes were so tasty. Special mention to the cheese...More

Everything is Vespa-themed in this hidden gem behind the Cathedral. My sons and I sat on the terrace and decided to go in because it might be cooler there, and it was, not just in the sense of the temperature. A feast of decorations, friendly...More

We only had coffee and beers here, so can't comment on the food. It's a nice spot just off the main plaza (right next to the statue of Alfonso VIII) so you don't get the noise of passing traffic. Inside it's quite modern.

We stumbled across this place behind the cathedral when looking for our first pit stop. Had a quick drink and decided to book for lunch, inside, as rain was forecast and the town looked to be getting busier. Plus the “Menu del Dia” looked a...More

Stopped here in June 2017 for lunch and a cold drink on a very hot day and easily the worst review I've ever done in over 10 years on Tripadvisor. Service was slow and grumpy and the food was spectacularly horrible. The fries came part...More

We found this restaurant completely by accident at the back of the Cathedral. It's newly reformed, tastefully redecorated with great service and delicious food. Try the salad with goats cheese or the tasty homemade hamburgers. Highly recommended!
