Me and my partner decided on picking a random pub for dinner just to get out the house. The drive was around 45 mins a little linger than we would normal travel but we had eaten stafford empty. The pub is in a cute location and it well decorated and had a warm welcome. The issue we had was the... More

We held our wedding reception at the Coach and Horses and what a fantastic day they made it, the food was superb and they could not do enough for us such lovely friendly people. They made the whole day look effortless.

Out for a ride on our motorbike and were looking for somewhere for lunch. Stumbled across the Coach and Horses. Lovely decor and atmosphere inside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Terrific choice of food. I had pork medallions and my wife had fish pie. Both were delicious and plentiful, so much so that we had to pass on the tempting... More

Came here for my sisters birthday on a trip from scotland after reading raving reviews about this friendly, family run pub. Food was pretty good but it was the staff that made the night. Thanks so much for making our trip so enjoyable!

We booked a table here for Sunday lunch at short notice having decided to take a drive out. The car park was easily found and once inside the venue the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. This appears to be a family run establishment. We were seated with no delay and our drinks order taken. These soon arrived and the food... More

I was down on a weekend trip with my children and based on Trip Advisor reviews decided on here for my 10 yr old daughters birthday dinner. What wonderful hospitality from a friendly family pub. We were welcomed by the landlord with a smile and our pre-booked table was ready for us. The landlady greeted us like she would friends.... More

Where to start... We actually stumbled across this place after a walk round the reservoir with our Collie Minnie. My boyfriend popped in to get us both a drink and we had then fully planned to sit outside but that was not to be. Being dog lovers themselves the owners here could not of been any more welcoming to Minnie... More

On my way home from a very hard day I was hungry and tired. I saw the Coach and Horses and thought I'll call in. I'm so glad that I did. The staff were very efficient and friendly and although I only chose the cottage pie I was very impressed. The place is someway from where I live but I'll... More

Having seen a previous post, I was most welcomed by Darren and his team who are all genuine radiators! Great specials board and a pint of Tribute kept to the highest standards. Best and most genuine food served in Abbots Bromley by a country pub mile.

Thank Ian B
