Called in for a lunch, service was good, I had the Salt and Pepper Squid my partner had the Whiting. We could not eat everything as there was to much for us. The Squid just melted in you mouth and the whiting was very tasty.

Had Devonshire Tea twice at the York Street Cafe, great service and the scones were huge. Only thing we should have asked was not to heat them up, better cold as made them too soft. Would highly recommend.

Dropped in here for lunch and it was great. I had the Nasi Goreng which was tasty and fresh. Husband had the pan fried cod which he said was cooked perfectly. Was really busy, but the meals came out in good time.

Came here with my missus on the weekend. They were quite busy when we arrived but nearly empty within 5 mins. We ordered a fresh juice and a cappuccino. We waited nearly 15 mins for the order. They also forgot an ingredient in the juice.

We visited twice, the second time because not much else was open on a Sunday. Service was quick and friendly and there was a good choice of food available. A bit pricey but it is in the main street.

We had breakfast there. I had the omelet. It was huge and very filling. My wife had the sauted mushrooms she loved them. This is a good quality cafe with good coffee and good size meals. We only had breakfast so I cannot comment on other meals but we were happy with our meals.

Late afternoon on a Saturday, when we arrived in town, hardly anything open. Thank heavens for York Street Cafe!! Great coffee, great views from the al fresco tables out the front of the cafe, delicious muffins warmed up to go with the coffee. Sunday morning they opened again bright and early, so a return visit was in order. Knew we'd... More
