Alien vodka

Ask for the "try any 3 vodka shot" tasting-pack, ask the waiter to go wild and choose the 3 weirdest for you, then share each shot with a friend for extra value. Or just try the chocolate vodka. The Polish cheesecake is yummy and not as heavy as I remember them to be!

This is definitely one of those places you go time and time again. The ambience is a mix of bohemian-industrial-decadent which really suits Prahran and creates a relaxed ambience with subdued lighting. The food is 100% unpretentious and delicious. The pierogi are to die for and the Hungarian Ragout brings back taste memories of my granny's cooking! Excellent! Adding to... More

Very interesting and excellent food along with the most extensive list of Vodka's and cocktails. Entertaining and Different. Be sure to book in the evenings as this place gets busy for all the right reasons.

Was on vacation on Melbourne and we were on the hunt for some fun and interesting places to chill out and enjoy the summer nights with libations. This place was just that, great drink menu, comfortable environment, very relaxed and cool. Can't wait to get back and try some more of the tasty variations, especially since I LOVE vodka!

Once again Borsch, Vodka and Tears has delivered again. The amazing staff make you feel very welcome and are all happy to help make the difficult choice on which of their amazing dishes to try and to navigate your way through the vodka list. Make sure you book in advance as not to be disappointed and don't forget to try... More

I'm always little skeptical when visiting so called "Polish restaurants" outside of Poland. Often times they don't have much in common with a real Polish cuisine, and are rather folkloristic, touristy places with mispronounced dishes on a menu and bunch of weird stuff hanging on the walls, in owner's desperate attempt to make the place look real (swords and animal... Hands down my favourite place in Chapel Street. :) Ultra-friendly, chatty and funny staff, yummy food (they have a Polish chef) and excellent choice of Polish vodkas (including not-mainstream ones, kudos!). Trust me, I know what I'm talking about — I'm Polish myself. Interior design reminds me of cafes and bars in Cracow (Kraków) — so charming. :) Thank you... More

First impressions is that the place is quite small! I'm not sure if they had a back area but the corridor looked like it just led into the kitchen area so I don't think they did. We came here for brunch on a weekend morning. They have pink grapefruit JUICE here which is pretty awesome! Not many places serve actual... More
