this restraint is a beautiful place with old wares to look at and a newspaper wall of the 1800,s with a lot of great meals cooked to perfection. It is not expensive and they also have accommodation. It is situated at the top end of beautiful Deloraine with lovely views.

We had a curry and a pasta dish. Both were great value for money. Service was fantastic and all drinks served in local pottery mugs and glasses. The music was a bit naff but hey who cares.

This was one of the most disappointing meals eaten in Deloraine. The ambience is rustic, but dated not charming. The menu is extensive, but pretty certain most of the food was frozen and reheated in a microwave. one friend had roast of the day, lamb, and it was dry like an old boot. Pretty sure it was not cooked that... More

Incredibly slow service (two hours on a Monday) Food is poor at best. Prices are top dollar for food. and service is disgusting. Manager is nasty and awful in every way. Worst place I have ever had to endure a meal at.

The brochure promised much but the food delivered little. Food overcooked, lamb was tough and the fish batter burnt and overcooked

Enjoyed another lovely meal at the Settlers Inn. I had the Moroccan lamb, tender with a wonderful marinade...veges plentiful and cooked just right. Can have chips or potato, chips were great! Partner had beef and reef, he said it was excellent. Sad to see Peter and his wife go, but good luck in your retirement!

We were not sure about this restaurant from the outside but was pleasantly surprised when our meal arrived. A very good meal.

We found this restaurant to be very cosy with the burning fire, comfortable ambience & good variety of dishes. My diet requirements were catered for & nothing being any trouble for our host. Everyone enjoyed the food which was reasonably priced.
