Well this Restraurant looked and has the opportunity to be a great but it falls short. The decor is fitting but the service is poor. We were seated in a back corner and forgotten. Drinks were never asked until we got up and went chasing down a waiter. The penny dropped and we final got some service .... The food... More

Darley's needs to get real about the food it serves and it's service! Why is it offering Marron from WA, when there is an abundance of local produce on hand? No wonder the prices are exorbitant ($125 for 3 courses). The starter basically tasted like something akin to a packet of 'a cup of soup'; the bread was burnt (yes,... More

My husband and I visited Darleys for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately we were left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed in our meals and most of all- the service and experience. From our arrival the staff were uninterested. It took a little while to get a table, although to their credit our table was lovely and the setting was gorgeous- just by... More

Firstly, when you charge this type of money for a three course meal you need to ensure that you deliver. Every time. We were first left a little too long when first seated, read the menu for too long before the specials were a made known. We were seated near the fireplace which was nice but we couldn't get the... We ate over salted tuna and paid $200 for our meal which wasn't enough to fill a baby's tummy. We had to eat take out afterwards because the serve size was so miserable that we were still hungry. What a rip off!!!

Worth every cent, do not skimp out and miss this restaurant as part of the Lilianfels experience! The meal was exceptional, the service extraordinary - if only more Australian Restaurants offered this! The attention to detail made all the difference, well done Darley's.... A few more lights down in the garden would be awesome.....PS - if you're planning on dinner... More

Yes, Darley's is a an expensive Restaurant for the Blue Mountains but you are paying for the FULL dining experience & not just the food. The ambience & decor of the historic cottage where the restaurant is housed is just so beautiful, relaxing & comfortable. The staff are friendly, well trained & knowledgeable which only adds to the positive overall impression. We... More

I loved dining at the Darley's, we had the Tasting Menu with matching wines and it was just perfect. The atmosphere was classy and romantic and the food was great! We really appreciated the waiter knowledge of ingredients in each course and we where happy to learn that most ingredient are locally sourced. It is a bit expensive so I... More

We had a great meal. Its not a budget place - save it for a special occasion. But the food is fantastic and the service excellent. The setting is romantic and sublime.
