Staff greeted me on entry. I ordered a milkshake and it was beautiful. The decor of the cafe needs a bit of a spruce up as it is looking dated but cannot fault the service or the price.

Got a very warm welcome. Even called me 'dear'..... Food is quickly prepared. It's good valve. Resturant is very clean, pleasant and organised. I liked the service. Good down to earth country town warmth.

This used to be the hub of Cooma, always full with great meals. Busy Sunday afternoon and a sign on the door said take away only, closing at 3 pm. Are you kidding!

When visiting Cooma have breakfast at the Tourist Cafe, delicious Bacon and Eggs, with grilled tomato and toast. They make your coffee exactly the way you like it. Friendly staff are only too happy to accommodate your wishes, also try their Cinnamon Toast.

Called in here to get a takeaway lunch for two adults and one child. Made the mistake of trusting them and not looking in the bag. Ordered 6 salt and pepper calamari, a pumpkin soup with garlic bread and for the little Bloke a hamburger with no salad. I got 5 small pieces of sacrificed battered supposedly calamari that tasted... Just an old fashioned, traditional style, cafe that offers nothing really special at all. A simple basic feed is about the best I can say about it. Prices are reasonable, service is ok, but there is certainaly nothing imaginative or contemporary about the food selection, or decor. Cooma has lots of eateries that have embraced more modern cuisine, but this... More
