We went to one of the Quiz nights and had a meal which was fine - the usual chips and token salad served with every meal. Nothing terrible or outstanding, prices up there. However, I am loathe to return as the Quiz Master used the F$%^ word in every sentence and it was unneccessary and off putting. There were young children there with their families, one whose birthday it was "let's say a happy F$%^ing birthday to little Mary who turns 7 today!" Seriously? I suppose if you are fine with that you will enjoy the atmosphere as many of the patrons seem to do. We did not.

Awesome vibe and great staff!

We came for $19 pizza night on a Wednesday. Got to the bar and was told I needed to download the Stardeck app which took ages as the internet is slow. It was all good once I connected to wifi. The staff are lovely! We ordered meatlovers and pepperoni pizzas - I enjoyed them both but Chris said they were the worst pizzas he’s ever had. I thought the flavour was great - the bases were thick and we do prefer thin and crispy but I enjoyed them. We came on a night where they were drawing winners with $100 and a $5000 prize! A bit of fun - we waited around and watched the various sports playing on the big screens. Really enjoy the vibe of the place!

New Tav doesn’t hit the mark

We had high hopes for the new Tav but it just doesn’t hit the mark. Cool painting on one wall but the rest of the place is very boring. No atmosphere, no atmosphere and music that resembled my 90’s pop playlist when I was 9 which doesn’t really match the Sports Bar they’re trying to be. The staff behind the bar obviously didn’t want to be there. All American style food which we already have in town at Stadium 26 - and they do it much better.

This is the second visit. Won't be a third. Using a voucher from previous visit where one meal was so bad was inedible and a beer that was served in a cracked glass and when brought to the attention of bar staff beer was just poured into another glass. A BIG no no. Today we went back and ordered a Brooklyn pizza. Half the ingredients on the menu were not even on it and it was drowning in cheese. Best part of it were the fresh spring onions on top. The saviour of the day was Head Chef Tommy after speaking with him ensured us that our dessert ordered would be spot on. It was, he even organised another voucher. The Bar Staff are rude and had little or no interest in customer service, certainly will not be using the voucher here. The music was so loud you can't think or have a normal conversation with someone sat next to you. Over priced and over rated, trading of their other establishments reputation.

Great food and excellent service

Loved Ed the tots wit macaroni mash and gravy and burgers. Excellent value with great service. Food was delivered fresh and hot and take go containers available for the leftovers

Not worth the Money

The salt and pepper squid was tasteless, the chicken wings were greasy, the pork belly was dry and the burger tasted sour. The staff were friendly but the were flies every where, even where the put the meals waiting for collection. This was the first time I've been there and more than likely it will be the last. With only a couple of drinks it was a waste $150

Solid pub food

Popped in for lunch. It was empty and the staff were cleaning. Like scrubbing the floor by hand (36C heat). Ordered a drink each and lunch. Drinks were quick and cold. Loved all the TV's with sports on. Little bit loud but we are old. Ordered the crispy cauliflower, tiger prawns and loaded fries. Meals came out quickly. The cauliflower was anything but crispy but tasty AF. Loaded fries were standard pub grub. Tiger prawns were exceptional. But at $26 for three prawns? Still, they were lovely and you pay the Pilbara tax up here. Really lovely flavours. Super expensive but that is how it is up here. The staff were lovely too. Would I come back? Probably the best place to eat up here to be honest.

Good spot, not great food

Good spot, great TV placement for sports. Decent beers on tap (expensive tho). Goodness a big let down tho. $3 tacos - for members only. $8.90 each for everyone else…. I would have excepted the quality of the tacos for $3, but not worth a cent more. Let alone 3x more! Fish and chips - very fishy cheap fillets. Best thing was probably the sauces…. Better than what we have in port Hedland tho I suppose.

Ate the chicken parmi for $9

As it was a Thursday, we ordered three chicken parmi for lunch. It came with chips and salad. The chicken was ok but the sauce seemed overly strong. Can't complain about the quality if you are paying such a price in Karratha.

Takeaway is very poor

Grabbed for the lads, arrived 1 hour 10mins later. Everything was cold, tasteless, chewy and massively overpriced. Wouldn't be ordering again.

Well Worth Going took

Went to the $9 Parmi night and wasn’t disappointed….. Had a great atmosphere, live music, prizes to win and chase the ace…… We took the entire family and between a pint of cooldrink and a parmi you were out of pocket by less than $15…… The ONLY downside was the dressing on the salad 🥗🤢…… I’ve owned restaurants and even I couldn’t pinpoint what it was…… A few of us had a different dressing and none of them were nice…… One tasted like it was just pure soya sauce 🤮…… Apart from that the parmi was delicious.

I ate here several times during my stay in Karratha & found the food to be fantastic no matter what I ordered from the menu! Customer service was really friendly. This tavern has a great atmosphere to watch sporting matches as well as kick back and have drinks with friends, whilst listening to live music.

Space can be a little too over crowded...

Tried the banana bread waffle... very dry with only ice cream While waiting, I made sure not to rock up when it's standing space only The space is nice area when it's not over crowded

Amazing lunch! The Halloumi salad is my fav and so tasty with the pumpkin 🤩 I recommend ++ really good breakfast as well, I had a smashed avocado and it was on top 🔝

Best breakfast in town

Came here for breakfast and I was amazed by the choices and quality. Took me back to my time in Nashville with a nice big Southern breakfast! Just need some biscuits n gravy and I'd be home!
