Virginia knew the perfect questions to create a day exactly as my husband and I.Virginia created the ultimate weeding paradise at Casa Del Corazon on Soliman Bay We reviewed my budget and Virginia went to work asking all the right questions reviewing different options... This restaurant was dead when we came in during the off-season. The proprietor was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had excellent service (likely because we were the only table in the restaurant). The food was delicious (especially the ceviche sampler). The drinks were off the charts as well. Most of all, however, the inside and outside of this restaurant... More

What can I say Everything was perfect - the service , the friendly help, the special dishes still makes my mouth water. An upscale environment with an atmosphere of relaxation and romance. The owners were very helpful in familiarizing us with the area for a number of activities and places to see. Enjoyed dinner so much came back for lunch... More

The service was friendly and efficient. The food was very good. We had the sampler ceviche and the pulpo a la paprika. Both were satisfying, fresh and well presented. Portions were a good size. A great plus was the playground at the back which helped the kids pass the time. Ah and also the large serving margaritas :)

We have been traveling to Mexico since 1989.....and we found O&L shortly after that...they were under a palapa on the beach then, and after a few storms....they moved across the street. We each tried a different meal, and everything was perfect! Authentic Mexican, friendly, staff, and very attentive .... Dessert was great too. It is worth the drive... Just do... More

Choose to eat outside in the jungle with nature or eat inside in the air conditioned dining room or bar. Outside has several areas for privacy. You enter along a pathway and over a bridge with fish swimming by. Staff are very friendly.

This place is not only beautiful, but they have the best food we have ever eaten and impeccable drinks. The owners are great people, hands on and just a pleasure to get acquainted with. Some of our personal favorites were the Lalo Special, aquachile shrimp, sangria, and passion fruit margaritas. We will go back to visit time and time again... More

Description
Wonderful Palapa Restaurant since 1982 with a pebble floor, mayan sculptures, waterfalls, hammocks, exotic birds, a peaceful garden with a fantastic jungle setting. Excellent Seafood, Authentic Mexican and Yucatecan Cuisine. World Famous "Lalo's Special", a dish made with fresh shrimp, lobster, calmer, fish and chicken fajitas is Superb. The ceviche made of fresh fish, shrimp, lobster, octopuss and lemon is also exceptional. The most relaxing place to laze in a hammock after a delicious feast.
