Popped in to this friendly wee takeaway shop whilst on holiday in russell. Great service and very friendly staff. We didn't sample the actual fried food but it certainly looked and smelt good.

The town is just beautiful and after a long walk around the historic sights of the district we sat down to the best fish I have ever tasted from a take away café. sensational. fresh and tasty and cooked to perfection. I will be back.

Delicious crispy chips, even when we picked up and took back to the motel they stayed crisp. Also grabbed a few of their spicy prawn - so good!!!!

Yummy F&C on the Pricey $side but Hey a nice hot fish n' chips by the sea... Good end to a day out in Kororareka .... I can't say I'll make this a habit but for the sake of lunch by the sea... fits the scenery.

I was amazed by the quality of the fish and chips from this shop. The fish came out juicy with a light batter. I came back a second time after catching a kingfish, for them to cook for me. It was better than restaurant quality.

A popular fish and chip takeaway in Russell. The service was cheeky and chatty which we enjoyed and the food of course just as we expected ! Fish and Chips the way it should be !!

This tiny eatery is just the best place to grab a takeaway or savor its goodies sitting at the couple of tables outside. Order your fish and chips ( they are just the best) or crisp fired crabsticks.Give your order and then wait a bit till it is freshly prepared. And then munch on.......
