We visited this café for a midday meal and chose the Brunch. We visited here in 2016 and it had changed hands since then. The new owner and staff were exceptional in their service, very helpful and they were able to provide a gluten free...meal for myself. If you are in the vicinity, we would defiantly recommend this café.More
So limited for a vegan. One choice. It was tasteless and bland, soggy and unappealing on the plate, (and way overpriced for what it was). All our meals came at different times. Staff were almost smiling.
We have eaten here on many occasions. Has it changed hands? . We were with a couple of friends and were looking for somewhere to have lunch and as we have been pleased in the past we went there . 4 meals ordered and 4...coffees . 15 minutes 2 coffees arrived and 1 meal. 10 minutes later 2 coffees and 1 meal 10 minutes later the 3rd meal arrived. We then enquired where the other meal was 12 minutes later it arrived but was not what was ordered and was sent back 7 minutes later it arrived . all meals were just edible .Staff unsure what they were doing and never once smiledMore
We had breakfast here. Coffee was good but we were disappointed with the food. Eggs benny was OK but one of the pieces of toast was so thin and over toasted that it was impossible to cut through (I think it was the crust). And...I was wondering why our son only had a few bites of his pancakes - then I tried one. It was cold, dry with an odd, old texture. Shop in the same complex was quirky with some fun tourist souvenirs.More
After looking around for a nice place for breakfast, we settled on going to The Woolstore Cafe. I had a big cooked breakfast with an iced chocolate. My wife had an omelette with a cappochino. Both meals and drinks arrived on the table quickly and...they were perfect. Very friendly service and an atmosphere that flowed all around us. Highly recommended.More
