Stopped with my wife and baby and had cappuccino and day cake. Best one I had since being in Italy! Also very nice atmosphere and super friendly. The cappuccino was perfect the milk and foam was perfect and the coffee was so delicious. Having this...made me realize I haven’t had a real one in a long time!More

We got told this is the best restaurant in town to go to for our wedding dinner. And we didn't get disappointed. The owner was super friendly and made sure we have everything we need at all times. We just stumbled into this Cafe and what a great place. Service was great and we had a great conversation with the team made us feel at home. Food great and just a wonderful 1 hour there. We visited Cafe Algade yesterday with friends and family after our wedding and the place was fabulous. The owners, Manuel and his wife were really nice and their service was great! The place is very homely and cozy, and the toilets exceptional! We enjoyed ourselves...a lot and had a good laugh with the owners!!More

My dearest new friends in Stevn Pia and Emmanouil will welcome you like long lost family into their darling and beautiful restaurant. They will treat you with such warmth and kindness you forget you only met them an hour ago! My partner and I got...married in Stevn and were looking for a place that we could host our guests for lunch. So as a crazy bride mired in organising, I was happy so to find somebody who understood our needs, and then proceeded to exceed all expectations. The food was expertly prepared, served with exquisite attention to detail and looked masterfully beautiful on the plate. lunch was aromatic, absolutely delicious and a wonderful blend of French and Greek cuisine. The wine! Oh the wine! The Greek champagne - I insist you try it. Delicious red and white; all from a co-op vineyard on the island of Rhodes. With the Emmanouil serving and entertaining my guests with stories about his amazing life. As a table full of foodies, some of whom owns their own restaurants, or are chefs (like my husband) the only complaint that we have is that we were to stuffed and very full. Otherwise we would’ve stayed there all day! Our whole party had a truly memorable time. We have been there for both lunch and dinner, and the food is very well-made with good taste, and served with helpful and kind service. The weather gives you an opportunity of both outside and inside settings.
We had such an amazing experience at Cafe Algade. Firstly, the decor is amazing and the owner Emmanouil is very friendly. We went to the cafe after having gotten married at the town hall just a few steps away. He asked the chef to make...us a special lunch which was delicious. Our plates were wiped clean (with the nice warm bread we were provided with). If you’re around the area, go get some food here. You will not be disappointedMore
After a strenuous morning at Stevns Klint, we came to this lovely cafe for lunch. Lovely people, great prawn salads, and lovely icecream roll dessert. Very nice Greek wines too. Finally , the best cappuccino since we’ve been in Denmark. Highly recommend this cafe.

We had a great time both enjoying the food and talking to the staff. The kitchen was super helpful regarding food allergies. We enjoyed the wine and were treated with a tiny tasting of a few of the Greek wines on the menu. Will be...happy to come back again.More
We visited the church in Store Heddinge, then walked around hoping to find a suitable place for coffee and cake. Fortunately, we found Cafe Algade where we ordered walnut cake roll and iced coffee with real icecream. Both were delicious and we relaxed in the...atrium, behind the cafe. After a closer look at the menu, we will definitely come back for lunch another day!More
We chose this darling restaurant for our celebration and are so glad we did! Emmanouil and Pia were so kind and patient and worked hard to make sure we were happy. The meals were world class - all of the guests were more than satisfied....A lot of love and care goes into the food and service! Breakfast the next morning was also a delight.
