Not as bad as some of the other reviews made out but definitely very average food. A bit weird how the buffet was set up in 2 different rooms and dining room in separate room again. Some dishes were great and others lacked flavour. I guess their main business is in take away orders because no one else came into... More

If you are afraid the ceiling that has tape over holes may fall on you as you eat...its not the place for you. How they get a licence to stay open defies belief

Food was OK but not great - huge serves so value for money. The choices were varied and a localised NZ style of Chinese so not especially authentic. They stayed open for me and a couple of other late customers - others are not so flexible and this was appreciated by tourists.

We purchased dinner here for ourselves and friends. We ordered several different types of meals. Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour Pork. It was not nice at all. In fact we were starving and none of us liked the food. Ended up throwing it out and going to MacDonalds

I really hate to say this because two years ago it was the best Chinese food place. I heard it went downhill but I decided to try it for my self. I just grabbed a container a filled it myself. Honestly, looked awful and tasted just as bad. The fried rice was just white rice with some peas.. Sorry, the... More

Went there for lunch with a 2 others, we were greeted strait away but thought it was odd to walk down a short corridor to get to the dinning area, the person showed us around the place which was helpful, so we then made our way to gather our food and when we got to the buffet there were flies... My family and I used to go here for dinner at least once a month a few years ago when it was an actual restaurant... now... the food is mediocre.. the atmosphere is really run down.. their fried rice is literally rice and peas... their garlic prawns were revolting.. I won't be going back.

Been here twice in the last few weeks. Ordered food from the Menu which was good and heaps of it (we both had doggie bags) and had the buffet meal on the second visit. Fresh, tasty and lots of variety. The service was excellent and the atmosphere and décor good. Don't let the outside of the place put you off,... More
