Enjoyed our meal which was served promptly, well presented and tasted just great all for a very reasonable price. Will come back to your warm friendly place with great food. Good luck to the new owners with your venture.

Really enjoyed my meal and staff were friendly and happy. Great music and enjoyed going there. Heaps of parking and you can see your car while eating.

Friday afternoon went for a beer no problem. My wife came to pick me and a friend and I purchased her a glass of Pino Gree. Standard glass but $10.20 per glass. That's way over the odds. Only caught out once never again.

We had a lovely light lunch today and a couple of drinks. The Manager was great, chatted with us, made me a special satay kebabs and chips and a spicy chicken salad for my husband. Sooo yummy and well presented too. Great service.

Fully disclosure, immediately upon my entering and discovering I wanted to have dinner, I was informed that they had just lost half their power. The staff was friendly and service was quite fast. The actual food was a bit bland and the portion wasn't as large as I was expecting a full roast to be. BUT this is British food,... More

If all you want is a sports bar with a pool table this is a good spot. If you're here to eat, go across the road to the hotel or Indian. Significant lack of enthusiasm in the kitchen, simple meals which aren't worth the money.

Despite recent reviews we gave this place a try as my brother decided he wanted to return as he'd last been there in 2014, however we understand it may changed ownership since then. We were served quickly, the place was almost empty though, and food game out within around 15 minutes. However it was rather off putting as I'm sure... More

We chose this bar and grill because it is a favorite of some family members, but I doubt that they eat the food. I ordered an appetizer that was supposed to be Mexican at $14.50 that was potato wedges with a glop of luke warm canned chili on top and almost no cheese. My grandson ordered the Mexican nachos which... More

We went to Coalminers for the first time since new ownership for fathers day. We were very disappointed. The bar staff were pleasant but the food was not up to expectations. What we got wasn't what was on the menu. We had two go's at getting rare steaks and they came out both times as very over cooked. The chef... More
