The spring rolls were frozen inside, the service was a little haphazard and the meals were quite average and the whole experience was quite unpleasant unfortunately.

Been in Bunbury for 10 years, today is the first time I ate here at Just One Thai. One of the dish ordered was Thai style fried rice, there is no flavour, there is no taste at all, I have to ask for salt. I...was expecting lemongrass and chili for flavour but it is so boring, the rice is soggy wet for fried rice, and definitely low quality ingredients were used, vegetables have some browning, yellowing and old spots, and they obviously use every part of vegetables with the exception of roots. Not so good, first and last for me, not going back and I do not recommend if you like the authentic Asian flavour but you are a Western and no idea what is authentic Asian food then this is a botched taste of Asian food for you. Sorry. I suggest to taste your food before serving them to your customers.More

I think I have never had such a poor experience with Thai food. The staff was super nice and friendly but the rest was pretty disappointing. The food was terribly oily and with no flavour...but honestly the worst part of it was the cleanliness of...restaurant. If it was so bad where my eyes could see I don t want to think about the kitchen. My advise for the owner...please give a good scrub at that place.More

The food was outstanding, great quality at a very good price. Lighting was a bit bright but the service was good and it was very family friendly.

Staff were super friendly and attentive and very happy to accomodate a garlic intolerance (a challenge to eat out without garlic!) Serves were generous and very tasty. Decor is basic but it feels clean and has an open kitchen. I would eat there again.

Meal was clean, fresh hot and plentiful. Satay Chicken Sticks, Samosa's, Green Thai Curry, Beef Pad Thia (very tender) and rice. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Just ordered take away was told it would be ready in 30min, arrived in 30min was then told they were busy and it would be ready in 15min but actually waited 30 min for cold rice and not very good Tom yum soup

I have no words! 2 out of our 5 dishes were raw and to have the owner argue with us when we tried to discuss was appalling, even your staff members agreed! I will not dine here ever again and will certainly not recommend anyone...to go there.More

Utterly disappointed is an understatement. Two of our five dishes were served raw. After discussing with Owner, she was very rude and very argumentative. Even tried to convince us the meals were not undercooked - even though they clearly were and other staff members agreed....It completely ruined our dining experience. I would never dine here again.More

Called in for a bit of lunch on our way from Perth to Margaret River, it was well worth the stop off, the service was prompt and friendly, we ordered a pad Thai and a chicken Tom yum and they were cooked and served within...15-20 minutes. When I first tasted the Tom yum, I said some exotic words and could not wipe the smile off my face, my partner could not work out what the deal was until she tasted it, the flavour is just un-describable. The pad Thai and spring rolls were delicious as well. And all very reasonably priced. Would recommend!More

Not my best Thai experience. I’ve been here a few times and had some fantastic meals, so I was surprised to have an average one. The entree of squid had so much sweet chilli sauce that it was sickly. I love sauces but it was...way too much. The Seafood Laksa was nice, but seemed to have only prawns rather than mixed seafood. They may have been down a staff member as the service was also slow. I’ll go back but won’t be ordering the squid. Remember this place is byo alcohol too 👍More
