My wofe and I dined at the Main recently. It was a very enjoyable experience. Great service, food and ambience. The gummy shark was enjoyable and my rare porterhouse was cooked perfectly and was delicious.

The crispy lamb with fried potatoes, steamed silverbeet, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, chimi churri olives & feta with lemon wedges is one of chef Lee’s signature dishes, quite delicious. The lamb shoulder is slow cooked, pulled & fried off prior to serving.
