We had a most enjoyable evening at Smokey Joe's. Food is not extraordinary but very tasty and the restaurant has atmosphere. Tom, the waiter very friendly and helpful! Recommended.

Well what can one say, we had heard both good and bad but you never know until you experience it yourself. We decided to try it. Never again. I understand it is winter but the outside of the place is shockingly dirty, horribly dusty and...More

TROLL ALERT We record all bookings, with table assignments, times, names, and phone numbers and because we are small an incident of this sort would not go unnoticed. This never happened but is rather a continuation of attacks from a local deranged individual.

Quirky decor and music choices , very good food , the Jambalaya was the stand out . Excellent service too . Bananas Foster needed a stronger kick of rum , but a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent meal .

I had a meal there some time ago and there was a hair in my food. I politely told the waiter who returned it to the kitchen. Within moments an angry man came out of the kitchen and confronted me saying this couldn't be his...More

Petaldragon is nothing but a vulgar troll to make such a suggestion. In response I will only say that our policy is the same as anyone would expect from any restaurant regarding contamination--rather than an angry response, the patron would be given heartfelt apologies, no...More

Condescending staff. I lived in New Orleans for 20 years and Gumbo was my food of choice. I went there this evening and was told they were sold out which was disappointing but I understood. I was then told I need to order a prawn...More

When this couple walked in without a booking later on a busy Saturday night we had sold out of several items, gumbo being one of them, leaving mainly BBQ options and a couple of other items on the specials board. After checking with them, the...More

This is not only a restaurant with great quality food and maintains high consistency but also offers a food brand that doesn't appear often around the globe. The brisket and the . ribs are awesome, as to the sides. Venue is not fantastic . but...More

Was very nice restaurant, staff were courteous to dietary requirements and made sure everything was prepared correctly. Only reason didn’t give a five star rating is none of the ribs were chewy or tough, were great and tender but I asked for which would be...More
