I don't know where these recent reviewers went but I doubt it was Blue at Inveresk. As far as I am aware it hasn't been open since May 2018...

It’s very friendly and excellent food. The food is very reasonable and plenty of it. We had a Club toastie sandwiches

We really enjoyed eating here. The staff were friendly and the food was enjoyable. Launceston has so many super places to eat, so why not try the Blue Cafe like we did.
