Local Food, local wine, local talent.... Stillwater's food and wine philosophy: Our food is fresh, grown locally by passionate producers who rely on the attributes of our natural environment. Our State regulations keep the modification out of our genetics, the artificial out of our hormones and the free in our ranging animals. We know grass fed, antibiotic free, natural, happy animals make better meat....even if they aren't 'super sized'. Our water is clean, sourced from Cape Grim on Tasmania's North West Coast, home of the cleanest air on the planet. Our wines flow from around the State but being located in the Tamar Valley means Stillwater is a cornerstone for the local vignerons hosting a

Really enjoyed the food and excellent service at Stillwater. The Sommelier knew his stuff and made some great recommendations. Lovely for couples, Business and friends. Not suitable for families. Real quality - not quite fine dining but very nice indeed.

We had dinner there. It is a really interesting place to walk in to with a good vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food is presented to share and every dish was excellent. A great way to have a birthday celebration.

Breakfast was visually pleasing and tasty! Some limitations to the menu, including the type of milk for coffee, but overall a fancy stop to eat.
