Dated Restaurant, but aren't all in Launceston? Prawns in Brandy sauce was delicious. The home-made tiramisu however was very strange and tasted of orange!!!

This is a dated restaurant. The food is is 1970s Italian. Bruseta was awful. Stale bread with some tomato and low quality cheese cooked in oven grill. The pasta were mainstream and acceptable. Staff were cheerful.

We found Franco's just round the corner from our hotel, and we were welcomed by the charming staff despite not having a reservation, and enjoyed a great Italian meal at reasonable cost. The food was fresh, delicious, and would thoroughly recommend seeking out Franco's. Portions...More

Dined here after a long day site seeing. Nice, friendly little restaurant with typical Italian fare. No pizzas. Our food was very nice, all pastas were delicious. Of particular note was how friendly the wait staff were. Met the owner Franco at the end of...More

Food average. Service not great. Garlic bread is a must NOT. Tired and dated restaurant. Not sure if I’d bother again.
