Food has changed, seafood that was deep fried, was old oil and tasted terrible, oysters have been taken off menu, used to get them all the time we probably won't be back. My wife had nachos, they weren't great either, tasted like the sauce came from a jar you buy at supermarket. Staff were friendly but slow to get drinks, restaurant... More

We both had enchiladas in the large main room. They were yummy but not spectacular. The decor is bland. I fear there were frozen vegies in my spicy rice. Friendly service but prices a little high for overall package.

A short stroll from our hotel, this little Mexican restaurant was obviously a local favorite. Great staff, quick service & yummy food. The seafood quesadillas are fantastic

Love the cactus. Always a good night out with friends but a bit loud for an intimate dinner for 2. Big serving sizes, you'll never leave hungry thats for sure.

First time I have been here. Came with family and was not disappointed. The food was really nice and quite big portions. I had the Chimichanga which was very nice and my husband had the Fajitas which he enjoyed as well. The staff are very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our meals.

Our family love Mexican food, so we headed here for dinner during our stay in Launceston. I would say this is a 'Mexican inspired' restaurant. Meaning the food was tasty and they have all the usual meals (burritos/tacos/nachos etc), but certainly need to amp up the Mexican flavours. The chicken in my boy's tacos was not cooked in any spices,... More

We dropped in here to satisfy our sudden craving for Mexican food without a reservation but were warmly greeted and seated. The wait staff were friendly enough and the food while wasn't the best Mexican we've had it definitely satisfied our craving. The food was very fresh and quickly served, it tasted good and was more than enough to fill... More

Have been to this restaurant a number of times. Always friendly service, with reliably good food. The cactuses make a nice addition to the Mexican feel, and can be a great place to do some people watching while your at it. If going with a group might be worth calling ahead to make a booking.
