Visited Steve's for lunch yesterday. Sadly I have to echo the views of recent reviewers. The demise of the wonderful salad bar has killed the appeal of this place Yes, intervention by the Health Department was given as an explanation for its removal.

Very sad to find out that salad bar is no more but pricing is unchanged. This makes it not only one of the most expensive places for steaks but also pricier than many of the fine dining restaurants in Launceston.
