My go to place for breakfast. Eggs benny, always the best in Glenelg, coffee awesome, service is always spot on.

The food here is faultless. Consistently delicious and very fresh! It was nice to come mid week and get a booth seat - too many people know about this amazing place! Always a favorite stop for us for breaky and can't see that changing anytime soon. Thanks Grind It team!

We agree with the last few reviews, the male manager was extremely rude as soon as we walked in. Didn't smile, rolled his eyes and was unwelcoming. The food is always excellent though. Fire him and give the chef a pay rise!

The manager was very rude, blunt and unhelpful with our reasonable requests. We felt like walking out but had already ordered - we felt very unwelcome. Will not be returning for this reason.

We came for a birthday brunch for my daughter. She had been before & loved it. My Mum & I had a nice strong coffee first & then our food arrived. My daughter & I had the buttermilk pikelets with salted caramel pecan syrup & double cream. The pikelets were pancake sized so that was a bonus & I literally... More

Not sure why people rave about the coffee here, it was pretty average. So was the food. I had poached eggs and avocado and nothing special at ALL about it. That is my staple dish for brunch so I've tried a few places. As for the atmosphere, seriously, what's great about it? Sterile, cold, unwelcoming and clinical I'd say. Having... More

This was our first visit, not a pleasant experience due to the un-welcoming manager. We won't be going back, plenty of better cafes around and this one is on a busy side street with buses going past.

Always a fabulous menu, great atmosphere and decent feed. Can't go wrong here except to expect to turn up and be seated immediately, if you do you're lucky as its a busy little place! ✌🏼️

A very lively, well run restraunt and coffee house. Always great coffee, good food, cheerful and efficient service. We breakfast here often.

Grabbed a takeaway breakfast here the other morning. The pork sausage thingy. Came out as two bread buns with a half sausage in each. When I got it I was a bit disappointed with the size but by the time I finished it I thought it hit the spot exactly. So well done. Milkshake was really nice but pretty expensive... More
