I haven't got any idea why people say the food here is good?? Maybe different cooks at different times? Sunday lunch, service was great but a seriously bad coffee (long black as no one in gladstone stocks bonsoy!) and tropical salad with old lettuce I had to pull out and at least day old cut up strawberries (they had shrivelled... Good service and food at this café. Special requests for kids meals were no problem. Ducks and turtles in the lake below kept the kids amused.

Great location for a nice quiet café. The food is ok but nothing great. I've been about 4 times now and it's just hit and miss with the food. Not sure if it's inexperience or because they are rushed. Staff are usually friendly but can take along time to be served. I really enjoyed my coffee!

I have been here few times but there are any good service. Not very professional cafe. Sometimes, I took the menu board my self! But I had good food and coffees before. But today, absolutely disappointing what they served on plates. I had eggs benedict and my parter had turkish breakfast. Obviously it was bad. Poached eggs cooked over, bread... More

This is a beautiful regional botanical gardens. It is themed around 5 national parks with the plants from each park featuring in the relevant section. There is plenty of water that helps keep the place cool as you walk about. The cafe has a great menu with the all day breakfast menu being a huge winner. Give it a visit... More

Recently I attended a sporting event hosted by savour the flavour. Well there is nothing nice that I can say about the experience apart from there catering skills are extremely poor like the quality of food that was provided. For the money that was paid for the food provided it was a total rip off and they should be ashamed... More

Coffee is good, lunch is good, atmosphere is good, service is great - what else could we say. Regular visitors for lunch and have always enjoyed the meal and somehow they can make a good coffee quickly, an area where many others fail. Look out for the blackboard specials and we know owner and staff will give that special service.

Went this morning for our 3rd visit. Took family who were visiting this time. Had a lovely breaky. The American Pancakes are awesome, and the big breaky was huge. Only thing that was slightly disappointing was that there could have been a bit more hollandaise on the eggs Benedict. My daughters babycino was one of the best I've ever seen,... More

Would recommend to find some where else in town to go. The staff are rude unprofessional and unwelcoming. Didn't bother staying for the food. There are many beautiful places in Gladstone with excellent staff find those places and see them. Stay away from here

This place is the best cafe I've been to in Gladstone. There service and food is consistantly at a high standard and the location is great. You can watch the turtles swim around whilst drinking your coffee. They also have the best iced chocolates I've ever seen/had!
