The food was good pub fair, very reasonably priced and served as quickly as could be expected (under 30 minutes) given the large number of patrons. The dining area is quite small and it was difficult to get a table early due to the large number of visitors during the school holidays. It would seem sensible to open up an... More

Our family of four visited The Drift Restaurant at Port Macquarie Bowling Club and had the worst meals we can remember. After we ordered we were told that there was a minimum 45 minute wait which was ok until the meals arrived. The fish in the fish and chips wasn't properly cooked , the risotto was tasteless and the chicken... More

Found this place by accident. The best food and all you can eat. Chocolate fountain was great but it had something for everyone at a very reasonable price!

Situated in walking distance from the Town Beach and Hotels and apartment blocks, this is a bowls club with a difference. Eateries include asian buffet with a sushi train and food choices include peking duck, as well as downstairs they have a cafe restaraunt open lunch and dinner, sit back and watch the bowls.

with the promise of a newly revamped buffet ,including a sushi station , chinese bbq meat station & chocolate fondue fountain, we chose to visit on seafood night (wed & sat). The place was packed & looked promising. Unfortunately, most the dishes are like a watered down version of the original. Plenty of seafood ""extender"" used & the sushi wasn't... More

The bowling club is just a little down the road from out accommodation. The venue caters for both buffet and a smaller bistro. We opted for the 'all you can eat' seafood buffet (Wednesday and Saturdays) and we were not disappointed. The food quality was excellent with a combination of seafoods, Asian dishes, roasts salads, deserts etc etc. I just... More
