Visited for lunch with friends based on great reviews. Loved the setting and menu looked tempting albeit few choices. Entrees were exciting - we chose 3 of the 4 choices among our group of 6 and all of us rated them very highly! A great start made even better by the soup appetiser. For the main option, only 2 of... What a breath of fresh air, literally - this restaurant offers a nice mix of local foods and some fancy home designed dishes to go with them. An enjoyable experience made all that much better with the excellent staff. I brought my own beer, how could you enjoy this fine food with the local boutique beers - they are too... More

Racine are holding training nights on some Thursdays, trying out new dishes and perfecting the performance of wait staf. The latter already seem to be very proficient, and friendly to customers, creating a great atmosphere in which to try Shaun's new dishes. All five courses were excellent, but the stand-outs for me were the Jerusalem Artichoke soup for starters, and... More

Racine is a beautiful property in country Orange. The restaurant is vibrant with that country chic ambiance. Service is friendly - though they forgot to bring out some of the food we ordered. The food was tasty and cleverly thought through.

This is our 3rd visit for lunch in 3 years. Each time seems to get better. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and we all know how waiting staff can make or break a dining experience (even if the food is spectacular). Well here, both are perfect. We opted for the 5 course degustation and absolutely loved every course. So... More

The food at Racine is unfailingly delicious - a wonderful combination of tastes and textures beautifully presented. It's worth the drive. Minimum of 2 courses for dinner. High emphasis on local produce ( which is indicated on the menu). Wines available by the glass to match the dish. Service relaxed and friendly. There were obviously some problems behind the scenes... Well worth the trip off the beaten path. The food was so inventive and delicious. We had 3 courses each and they were all amazing.

We travelled 1000km to dine and were not disappointed. Read top reviews in other online advice and press so stuck with this despite staying 300m from the other well renowned French/Italian Option in Orange...drive out on a wet night to the Vineyard. Service was warm, friendly and attentive. We arrived early and it was about 3 degrees outside. Full house... More

Recommended by a local to lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. Happy to pay good money for quality but were disappointed by the presentation, time and service, and portions. Compared to Lolli Redini, this place is young and needs some experience before it charges what it does.

Our review is well overdue. We have eaten here at lunch on a Friday now 3 times. Its always been quiet on a Friday but the food has been very good and the service friendly. My favourite Orange restaurant - recommended
