7 of us ate here recently. Situated down a grotty lane we were a bit sceptical as to what we would get. The food was ok though, a nice selection of food items, portion size was a bit small and the rice was so expensive...More

A little difficult to find, tucked away down a little lane but well worth looking for. Excellent food - almost as good as you'd get in small bars in Japan. Good value and good service. Highly recommended.

I’ve been in queenstown for two days and went twice already. Good portion of seaweed salad for $7 and the best salmon aburi I have ever had.

Hi Nicolas, As you can see by our other reviews most guests rave about our amazing staff and their friendly service. I'm so sorry your expectations weren't met. This seems completely unusual and out of character and I'm sure must have been a communication error.
