This was one of our favourite places in QT for a drink, excellent happy hour prices and really lovely and attentive service.

Nice place and service and we drank some delicious milk stout sitting at the window. Only negative was the food. The cheese rolls were horrible - 3 deep fried tiny finger sized bread rolls for $10 - nothing like the delicious ones I've had elsewhere...More

Visited on a cold winters night but the mulled wine was the best I tried in Queenstown. The slow cooked ribs just dropped off the bones. Delicious

Came here for dinner, food was delicious and service was friendly. Food was on the higher price end but with plenty of tapas style options and was absolutely delicious. View of the lakefront and surrounding mountain ranges was gorgeous, would highly recommend.

Visiting Public is becoming somewhat of a tradition now as we have done so on the last night of our last 3 Queenstown holidays and we are never anything but thrilled by our meals - it is a real "comfort food" destination with good sized...More

My wife and I had midday lunch here. The menu is extensive, and they can cater for Gluten free. This is in a great spot and you can sit either inside or outside to take in the lake view; which is good when the weather...More

The food was great and there was a huge choice...which made it difficult. The service was okay, could have been better. Would recommend, however, there are plenty of places to try in Queenstown and would recommend trying others before Public.
