I am Chinese, and the food they serve here brings down our entire cuisine. And you pay through the nose for the privilege. Steer well clear of this place. Even a subway sandwich would be a better option! Did I mention the chairs put together with tape, and the pot-plants in covered with aphids that stick to your clothing when... More

I have been searching Queenstown for a good Chinese restaurant and thought it was time to try this one. I don't like giving negative reviews but I cannot think of anything I enjoyed about this meal. It was overpriced and insultingly had very little ingredients in the actual dish. Our Singapore noodles were nothing but curried noodles with a few... More

As other people have said, over priced, small portions which were tasteless. We went once and did not go again. Rude staff, bad food. Plus side is good location and view if only going for drinks.

The food is decent, especially the seafood. The mussel is very good and fresh. However, the they certainly overcharge and value is not very good. For example, they charge $20 for a plate of stirfry vegetable. However, if you looking for Chinese way of cooking seafood, they certianly do a decent job.

While visiting Queenstown we chose to venture upstairs to this restaurant. It was around 12:30 and the first thing that I noticed was the floor hadn't been cleaned yet from the night before. The young man on the desk was pleasant and we were seated. Perhaps the fact we were the only ones in the restaurant should have given us... More

It's hard to find a well priced restaurant in Queenstown but this one does well. Prompt polite service, excellent tasty chinese food and a good atmosphere. A pot of Green Tea is $1. Try some of the local wines on the menu and watch the street life below.

Not the greatest Chinese Rest. in Queenstown but certainly one of the better ones. Average food & service. Go only if you are craving for a Chinese food hit!!

They charged my friend $24 for a tiny bowl of rice and a plate of steamed bok Choi. We complained...they couldn't care less. Their machine also couldn't read my card and they made me go and get cash out to pay them. When I got back with cash they literally ripped it out my hands. Really poor...

Never again. Should have gone literally anywhere else. Overpaid for kung pao chicken, hoping I'd get a little taste of the original dish as I'd had it in China. Instead got the worst cut of chicken imaginable. Tough, gristly meat....with bones?? Are you serious? Dog food quality. Regrettable mistake made in my limited time in New Zealand. Avoid at all... They have live sea food tanks and know how to cook them. It reminded us of Cantonese Restaurants in South San Francisco and Boston. Quality wise, they were quite good. Both the thorny lobster with ginger and scallions as well as the steam fish in soy sauce were even better than some other Chinese restaurants in the U.S. and Thailand.
