Great cocktails and wine selection. Amazing music. A fireplace. In the heart of Queenstown. Cannot say more.

Great bar. Great staff. The range of cocktails is amazing. There is now a new set of cocktails available to try. A good selection of my favourite tipple gin, is plentiful with some very unique varieties I hadn't tried before. Nicely decorated and a very...More

The music was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. The wine was ok though the prices were high! The clientele was very off putting... the older couple at the bar couldn't keep their hands off each other - his hand was up her skirt!...More

Thought this only happened in other kind of night clubs. The staff at the door was very rude, unfriendly and snobby.

I was traveling around the country for one month and all it was great until to arrive this place. Unfriendly staff and I had bad service and I felt that It was because I'm Spanish I had never think that could be happened in this...More

Popped in with some great friends for a few quiet relaxing drinks - got what we were after - great drinks - good banter with the staff - the young cheeky chap fae Manchester was great.

We stumbled upon this place during our vacation and my husband firmly believes this is the best old fashion he has ever had. They pay attention to the smallest of details & make a great Cocktail.

Great little bar. Shame about the service. Ordered an expresso martini. Worst we have ever had. Watered down and tasteless. At $18 a drink in a near empty bar waited over 15 minuites to get with “there you go “”. The Irish arrogant little bar...More

Hi Sue, Could you please contact me at ian.riley@goodgroup.co.nz to discuss your review? We have no Irish staff at Bardeaux, but I would like to investigate further to prevent any bad experiences in the future. Kind regards, Ian
What a nice place, fantastic little spot, awesome selection of wines and spirits, great staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a respite on your tramp around the town, drop in and drink a couple of the awesome cocktails!

Took friends to bar for first time as we had been a few times before over the years and wanted to show them. Unfortunately the to cool bartender with moustache and over stated accent was disgusting and rude.besides waiting to be served. Attempted to order...More

We lived chilling here drinking their speciality "the money pot" . Cosy chairs by the fire , outdoor seating but get in early otherwise your standing all night . A hidden little treasure

I've been coming here every year since about 2008, and it's consistently been the best little bar in town, with a lovely room, roaring fire, huge drinks list and great staff. This year, it was the last item that was woeful. I stood at the...More

Just walked out of Bardeaux, bar. First visit service was ok. This second one the batman with the moustache and bow tie was doing a shot with a group of four at the bar as we entered. We found a seat, I picked a bottle...More

Our absolute favourite bar in Queenstown. Warm, inviting and quiet. Great cocktail and wine list....although we started with bubbly to kick off birthday night. Recommend the sofa in front of the fireplace.

We went here a number of years ago and were eager to try it out on our latest visit, the place is very cosy with a massive wood fire that's the centre piece of the room and keeps it very snug on a cold Queenstown...More
