I appreciate that I wrote a review for this bar quite recently. However I’m here once again as, for me, it remains one of the best bars I’ve ever been to in the world. Its views is into the centre of your CBD and is...wonderful but what is my gold star is the staff. - who are both caring, considerate and also very mindful. That will not tolerate any kind of misbehaviour but they do so in a mindful and respectful way For me it Is for me quite literally the best bar in the world. Largely because of the staff. 😔More

Attracted by the promise of craft beer we went for dinner. My steak was very nice and the beer was interesting. The service was pleasant and it had a quiet laid back atmosphere. We were quite early and the adverts promise music and DJs some...nights of the week so your experience may differ, but I thought it was great.More

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the sunny patio. We shared the Buffalo chicken sliders which were tender and spicy and the special fish and chips which was first, a very generous portion, of light and crunchy sole which never sogged up. We accompanied lunch...with a perfect Chardonnay. All 3 servers were cheerful and polite as we have found most all Kiwis! For a pub everything was excellent.More

Called in for a meal and a beer on the way to Queen concert. Live music and very busy. A menu that had something for everybody. Our party of 3 had a burger, sliders, and my thai chicken salad was the best I’ve ever had....But the highlight was the young staff, run off their feet but very attentive and always smiling.More

We were impressed with New Zealand’s handicapped accessibility. You can roll a wheelchair into shops and restaurants. Mac’s is easy to find. There is both inside and outside seating. When we were there for lunch, there was live music. The menu is attached and the...prices are reasonable. Keep in mind that these are New Zealand dollars. The unique feature of this restaurant is that they have food and beer matching. Photo is also attached. In New Zealand, lamb and seafood are always good choices.More

Went to the Brew bar to have a few "pre-game beers" ended up staying for a meal. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the burgers were fantastic. Their outdoor area really does provide a great atmosphere.

As you can see on the pictures the interior is quite inspiring. 100 of different lights, dozens of old tvs and radios - a lot to see and look. The food and prices are ok. The service is not very engaged.
