This is my go to restaurant when I need kimchi. I'm boring, I always order the same bowl of dumpling soup and stuff it full of kimchil and absord every glorous health giving goodness it delivers. Good friendly service, it's me and my mate Judy's must visit for lunch place in Dunedin. Will try something else one day, but dumplings... More

I come here after what google told me they had dumplings. I found a park outside and went up the stairs to the restaurant. I was greeted by a young man whom was quite friendly and welcoming. I really only wanted dumplings but did have a look at the rest of the menu., Because i am not very familiar with... More

Sometimes it gets too busy and there are only one or two people working at a time. Today, their wok had broken down and so my go-to dish wasn't available but I had a black bean noodle instead which I was quite disappointed with - it wasn't flavoursome as many other black bean noodles I have had in other restaurants,... Absolutely wonderful in its entirety. The service is fantastic and the food is simply amazing. They have the best kimchi I've ever tried!

I know korean food are generally a bit salty. But the dish I had here was quite salty and wasn't as pleasant. If you are looking for a decent and authentic Korea restaurant I heard that most korean students in Dunedin don't go to this one. The atmosphere and service was still above average.

We came across this when looking to try something different. It is not that easy to find, being upstairs on a main street in the student area, but was worth finding. It is quite simply decorated with plain tables and chairs but we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff were pleased to help us choose dishes when we said... More

Popped in for an evening meal here 2 nights ago (Monday night) during visit to Dunedin. Upon entry (upstairs) was warmly welcomed. Place filled up rapidly with more than half being Korean students. Had the seafood pancake for starters followed by the dolsot bibimbap washed down with a Korean light beer. Total cost $32, value for money. Dishes were very... More

Have been quite a few times now, the food is consistently good. I really like the variety, and enjoy the spicy wings as a treat. Have tried quite a bit of their menu, and can't say we have had much to complain about here. Will dine here time and time again, would absolutely recommend.

Really delicious korean food and the atmosphere is warm and cozy, good when the weather outside is miserable! The staff greets u when u walk in. My friend really loves her seafood pot stew, so much that she had it three times for all her 3 visits to the restaurant. We also tried korean fried chicken, which was highly recommended... More
