I dined here alone when overnighting in Wellington. The greeting was friendly and professional and the wait staff very well versed in the gluten free offerings. I was offered a dedicated menu outlining all the gf meals. Absolutely outstanding and avoided my usual interrogation of staff about what was/was not gf. A dedicated menu just takes all the guess work... More

We went to Siam Reap for a family dinner. The food was excellent, and so was the service. My girls had to take home some of the left over food. They do not skimp on the quantity, which is good. What you cannot finish, you can always take home. The lamb rack, I think it was, was very good. Highly... More

It felt a little like walking into a 5 start restaurant in Siem Reap Cambodia itself! Food was excellent, as was the service.

I have been with my ex-colleagues to SR every few months that I'm in town as it's their Favourite. Their Mee Gorengs always look to-die-for! Sadly, my salads are not as tasty as other Thai / Vietnamese places around town as they focus on too much Chili and citric sauces, rather than the authentic flavours you'll get in Asia. The... More

My teenage son and I went here for a quick mid-week dinner. It was very nicely decorated and the staff were incredibly kind and polite. My complaint is that it was expensive for what it was. We had a starter - spring rolls, a bottle of sparking water and a main each; and the bill was $72.50. I guess it's... More

I went to Siam Reap with a friend on Saturday night. The previous weekend my friend and I dropped in but found it was fully booked. The decor is tasteful with Cambodian style paintings and wooden carvings. The lighting would be perfect for a date as its low. Its a nice quiet place, so very good if you want to... More

There are plenty of curries, but somebody told me that the other dishes are more typical Cambodian. I tried the chicken (forgot the actual name right now) and that tasted delicious, just as the other dishes with the people that accompanied me. The service was with the renowned Asian hospitality, although some of the people had surprising origins.

When ever we go to Wellington our son who lives there, always comes up with a lovely restaurant to go to. This time it was the "Siem Reap" a Cambodian restaurant on 99 Dixon St...not far from Willis St. We have never eaten Cambodian before, but we love Thai food. On entering, the ambience was refreshing and well layed out.... More

The restaurant was quite near our hotel, so we got there by accident. We love Asian food , and dinner was splendid! Very tasteful, fresh, served 'hot' , just as we wished.
