Delicious food with a few different home made items. There is a scenic outlook over the gully and trees if you wish to sit outdoors on the deck. Indoors is warm and well set out with plenty of room between tables. Service was timely. It...More

Wait time:long Food quality: poor Price: too much for what we got Staff: friendly but slow and seemed untrained. Decor: drab and old I ordered the brioche burger, it was bland overcooked and the chips tasted old and undercooked. The pancakes for my kids looked...More

After twenty-odd years of being fantastic and four different owners, the Kaimai cafe has sadly gone down hill. The coffee is pretty average, and the nachos I had consisted almost entirely of tortilla chips; very little sauce, and what sauce there was lacked flavour. Service...More

Loved this cafe, went in twice. It's home cooking, there's a lovely ambience inside in the winter with the fire going, and in summer it was lovely to sit outside and take in the countryside.

It’s a really cozy place. We were driving and ate breakfast here. Pretty nice service and tasty food. Nice variety of desserts. Tea is really good.

Stopped here with friends for a quick coffee. Plenty of parking off the main road. Chose a muffin and cappuccino, muffin was fresh and coffee was to my taste. Spacious cafe and clean toilets. Worth stopping.

Ordered falafel salad and was expecting home made falafel or close to not falafel s the size of a 50 cent piece and so overcooked they could have bounced but instead sunk in my stomach. Salad was also average. Has been awhile since I last...More
