Me and my wife when here an evening to enjoy a Japanese dinner. This is a quite simple place, but we expected goods food, unfortunately it is run by Chinese who are not familiar with Japanese cuisine. For ex. Tempura was deep fried with crumbs, dark brown on outside and still raw inside. We cannot recommend this place.

The sushi looked, and tasted, as if it had been on the train for hours. Indeed when we walked in they turned the train on which indicates that there hadn't been anyone in there for a while. Even my sushi obsessed kids couldn't eat this muck. Service was ok but staff need training in simple things like describing to menu... More

What a great way to deliver your sushi to you! On plates that are colored with specific sushi on them. so when you check out they know what to bill you for. It's called a sushi Train, the different varieties keep moving around on a track, and you can pick off what you want. The only problem was , nothing... More

Ate lunch here and found the sushi to be not bad. Place is cramped though. Was not too crowded when we were there but I imagine it will be packed during lunchtime with the office crowd.

Had been here several times in the past year. But have the feeling the quality and freshness goes down a bit. Still ok but nothing special

I popped into this sushi shop with my two boys (one in a pram) when it started pouring with rain. I was happy to see that it was a sushi train but was worried my son who was asleep in a pram would not fit. The wonderful staff quickly gave us a table where my son in the pram was... More

One of the CBD's sushi train restaurants which is tucked into Vulcan lane. The service is good and the atmosphere is quaint - what else can beat watching all the little sushi items rolling around you?? It's cute! The food is fine, it's filling and a decent quality but it's nothing special. Sometimes that's all you need though! Cost effective... More

I think the service was good , centrally located but it is a bit pricey for what it is. Typical Japanese restaurant and nothing special.

Went here for lunch with a group of 8. Sat at the back tables rather than the sushi train and ordered from the menu. Restaurant was full but service was still very quick and friendly. Food was fresh, tasty and filling. Great for a quick lunch at a licenced restaurant with great beers. Road frontage is not that great but... More
