What a disgusting filthy place. Tables unclean, staff rude, and to make matters worse they don't even have basic icecream flavours. Don't waste your time - at $9 a milkshake is massively overpriced.

Spontaneous trip up the Sky Tower due to a family opportunity, on a crazily busy day after the turn of the new year 🤦♀️ We maximised our gratitude of a new experience - crazy high and busy - like bees in a hive searching for...seating like scouting for that lucky carpark 😁 Staff did really well, though the order line was long and slow, with a most polite - but extremely slow - staff member on cashier. We spent over $60 on five children's ice creams and one coffee, but chose to appreciate the stat day, the rare opportunity and did enjoy eye-spy over Auckland city with my nieces - who were on their 4th week of a 6-week stay for treatment at the Ronald McDonald accommodation. A good hour 👍More

Long line on a long weekend , very poor systems and processes. One till and a bit of a clueless operator. Poor girl. Overpriced crap and since there's not much else for an option 100s of meters above ground... An absolute sham. Don't waste your...money here. Save it and head back down to earth...More

My 7 years old second visit to Sky Tower and the Sky cafe. I think she enjoys the ice cream more than the view! The ice cream is fabulous and a reasonable cost given the view!

A novel little cafe at the top of SkyTower, you are able to get a drink, nibble or gelato. Service was quick and offering okay.

We wanted to enjoy the view so we had ice cream. We did not need a meal so this was great. My triple chocolate was fantastic. My husband was very happy with his double of summer nectarine & honey fig. This was a very fun...thing to do & we would absolutely recommend it!More

Sky Cafe is a great way to see Auckland without reservations at the higher price restaurants in Sky needle. It gets crowded but comes and goes, people go to different floors. We had a fruit & cheese plate, and it was great. I tried their...cocktail of the month, the ‘Pink blusher’ and it’s delicious! The staff is very patient and polite with the many waves of people going through. One suggestion-have one person grab a seat while the other orders, they bring the food to you. You can also watch the people doing the sky walk outside just below.More

Family of 8 adults and 3 kids. Views are amazing! Sandwich and Kapiti ice cream is tasty but coffees needs improvement. Staff needs to smile, needs improvement with customer service.

good place to see the view and enjoy the sunset and have a few drinks. quite unique in its setting and simple straight forward service

Well, while in Auckland sky tower is one of the most important must visit places. So we booked a lunch there. The location is awesome and the view of the city unbelievable. It takes a complete circle in an hour and by the time we finished...our lunch it had done a full circle and we have had a complete view of Auckland. Now about the food. The place is exorbitantly expensive considering other fine dining places in Auckland. The portions are small. So be ready to spend. An important tip. You get a complementary pass to visit the sky tower when you dine in the restaurant. It more than compensated our bill. So do go and have a meal there for a lifetime experience.More

Nice view whilst you wait far too long for an overpriced, under-filled panino to be toasted, then trailed all round the SkyTower in search of your table. There must be a better way....!

It takes a ticket to get in the elevator to the tower. But if you are over 65 like me you get a discount. I went up after sunset for some good cityscape pictures. I bought the next day option so I could go up...again the next day for daylight photos. While I was there I dropped in the the cafe. They make a fairly good margarita, among other things. Not the fastest service, but they give you a marker and the staff will find you while you are gazing out the windows.More

We met family here as part of our holiday, we had a good lunch and the food and drink was very good, service was excellent and we were not rushed the view is stunning and the added surprise of someone sailing past you on the outside...jump was quite a novelty, we then went up to the highest point and glass floor and had a very memorable time,if we go back to Auckland we would definitely have an evening meal to experience the city after dark.More

Coffee serving is slow but acceptable. Coffee is okay not strong. We were here for the view so our focus is really checking out the sky view. It’s boxing day today but not very crowded thanks to the location of this place. You will need...to find a not so obvious stairs and walk down from 51/F to 50/F to find this placeMore

Poor selection and poor service. Very limited options and took quite some time to be served. Our order was mixed up with the table next to us. This is not an ideal showcase of NZ hospitality.
