They make the bagels fresh and they provide a generous amount of toppings. We enjoyed the Mean Joe Green and King Salmon. This was great for a light breakfast and they have coffee too. The restaurant could work on their cleanliness and I wish I...had a name that didn't sound like half the things they shouted out.More

Love this bagel! We got the TBD which had pesto, tomatoes, olive oil, avocado and basil on it. It was SO good. It also had flaky salt on the top which really added to the taste. Service was great and the atmosphere had a chill...vibe. There were a ton of options that all looked good! Prices ranged.More

Dropped in for the name, kept coming back every morning for the bagels. Absolutely delicious bagels and coffee. My favourite was CJ - cream cheese and jam! But for extra decadence the chocolate bagel was amazing!

I was actually at the Albert St store Lovely bagel and salmon. Too much cream cheese . Management should take note that customers don’t want to see staff eating behind the counter. The food compiler should have gloves on both hands. Touching face and handling...food poor health management More training needed pleaseMore

Chic looking facility, food OK (but expensive for what it is) & a bit “cardboard”. Coffee OK & staff efficient if a bit dismissive. Not my best “fast food” experience

Hi team. I came In to buy 2 coffees, and a bagel today. I was served by a lovely lady, and served my coffees within 5 minutes despite the coffee lady being very busy: she was also lovely. I then waited 20 minutes more for...my bagels; and watched the two boys making the bagels: standing around laughing with each other, and spending 10 minutes on each bagel. I watched my almost complete bagel sit on the bench for 5 minutes whilst they talked and laughed and then finally put oil on it , and served it to me cold . There was four ovens and the boys were only ever toasting one bagel at a time . Really disappointed!More

I was skeptical when they said Montreal Bagel but this was the closest to a St Viateur bagel since I left Montreal. They were delicious and they have a variety of options for toppings. The service was good as was the coffee. They have pastrami...instead of smoked meat but you can’t have everything. If you have never had a Montreal Bagel but still like a good bagel this is the place for you.More

These guys know how to make a customer. Had the “Boss Hogg” one morning and it was so good came back for brekkie next day. Best gluten free bagel EVER. What sealed it for us was the friendly, fast, efficient service. Amazing people. Will come...back every time I visit the Auckland office! Thanks, dudes and dudettes!More

Nice shop with good service, but super disappointing for anyone has had real bagels- this was definitely not Montreal style as advertised, nor NY style. More like a scone- just round, cakey bread. No crisp or chew. Didn’t taste boiled, the “everything” flavor was just...sesame and poppy (no garlic, onion, or salt!). And perhaps the cardinal sin is that on a Sunday morning they weren’t even freshly baked. Only saving grace is that the toppings were decent. Hugely overrated.More

Bagels at Best Ugly Bagels are delicious. My husband and I ordered Boss Hog and Mean Joe Green bagels. They were both very delicious but I preferred the Boss Hog bagel. You cannot go wrong with cheese, egg, and bacon. The sauce on the Boss...Hog bagel was amazing. The service was great too. Definitely recommend it if you are after something delicious and light.More

the best ugly bagel should change their name to the best rip off bagel. $18 for the bagel which was tiny and hardly any filling. Bagel as hard as a rock. the coffee was ok. the juice was nice. because it wasn't theirs. A coffee...a juice and a bagel came to $31. Will NEVER eat there again. total RIP OFF. I know it's the airport. but really. some people exchange rates are pretty weak R310.00 for South Africans.More

Hidden Gem in Cuba Street. You'll find it near a carpark. The Bagel are excellent, cooked in a Stone-oven. Original recipes. Loved it.
