My experience at cocos is: don't say anything you wouldnt say to your nana. It's a family business, a family affair.
If you went to a family dinner and complained to your sister that your steak was fatty while the rest of the family loved it, then complained that your dessert was different to everyone else's instead of thanking her for whipping up a special one, then complained when she ignores your complaining, then it's safe to say you're "that sibling" and you should dine downtown and really work on not letting such petty problems get between you and a good time.
