Located on Hay Street Mall this café is both central and little hidden at the same time. You'll find it upstairs in a fairly historic building overlooking the mall underneath. With a breeze this is certainly a very nice place to have coffee or lunch. I was there on a hot summer day and due to lack of air-con and... More

It was our second flat white of the day, which is never quite as good as the first - and I suspect that I should have asked for an extra shot as it did not quite meet my high expectations. That said, we both loved the decor/general ambience and the food looked very good on the neighbouring tables - but... More

Such a great cafe, my partner & I come here almost every weekend for the coffee and a breakfast wrap. It is a bit hidden which is a bonus, but still relatively popular by word of mouth.

This cafe has no business being where it is .... it's so good. Found this place as we wandered around Perth CBD with a day spare and no definite plans. We, by chance, walked past a recessed older foyer and decided we need to go in, past the unassuming chalked sandwich board and I'm so glad we did. Up those... More

Upstairs hidden away from the crowd yet with a lovely balcony where you can people watch if you so desire. great characterful building and amazing coffee, bagels and breakfast items. Used to go all the time only it's too far from my office now to visit daily. Staff very friendly - have and will recommend to everyone who asks.

Moana is a great place to stop for a quick coffee. Located towards the East end of the Hay St Mall, it requires you negotiating the old wooden stairs (or you can take the lift) and it open into a quaint cafe. If it's a nice day the best seats are out on the balcony to take in the blue... More

I went to this quaint little coffee shop to climb over their balcony to the lower awning to carry out a roof repair. The staff were so helpful and assisted me in making space for me to climb over all while looking after their customers. Such helpful and considerate staff. I'll definitely be back for a meal and the coffee... More

Great coffee, creamy and accompanied by best banana bread ever. Tucked up in a corner of the balcony with a great mural and atmosphere. Worth the walk up the stairs for top coffee.
