We’d been to the Japanese festival at Elizabeth Quay but decided it was too crowded and no seating to eat so we wandered back to our car, parked near Jaws. In the spirit of the evening we decided to eat at Jaws (and we had promised to bring our grandson some Japanese food when we came home).
I liked being able to choose various small plates as they passed by on the sushi train. Good variety. We chose a mix of tempura, seafood and vegetable sushi, teriyaki chicken, crab balls, and chicken Kara-age. All dishes were reported as delicious. Reasonable price. Great customer service and the packaging for the takeaway made it easy to take home without spoiling. Highly recommend and grandson has requested he gets to come with us next time.

Sushi train - but not just sushi thankfully. Beautiful fresh shishmi prepared to order in some cases. Staff friendly.
This is kinda dine and dash style due to train set up.

This would have to be the best in Sushi, fresh and tasty, service excellent, staff friendly to greet you, show you to a seat, ask you for any drinks, and asking for anything is no trouble at all, then after paying they all farewell you. This was not only for me but all that left before me. I can honestly say this is well worth a visit. Thank you Jaws.

Been going here for years and stop by each time for lunch when I'm in Perth. The food is fresh & they are quick to cook up fresh tempura & other menu items. Do takeaway, probably about 12 or so seats and does get busy. Parking may be scarce in this part of Perth!

Needed a quick bite before settling down to an evening of work. Jaws east Perth was just down the road from my hotel. What a pleasant find. The hosts were very welcoming and it was amazing how many Japanese customers poured in even though it was late afternoon / early evening. Loved the choice of Sushi on display - was done and dusted in no time at all.

We came here the other night whilst staying in the city and found it a very cozy little sushi train with exceptional service. Slightly different offerings on the train to the Hay Street Mall store, but same menu to order from. Creme Brûlée was the same delicious desert as I had before.

Love this tiny price of Japan A favourite for feeding grandchildren The food is on a sushi train with a great variety whizzing by All tastes are catered for and the boys chose their favourites Miso soup delish Plenty of vegetarian options too and even some desserts
It’s not cheap if the kids have big appetites but you know the food is fresh tasty and healthy love it

This is one of the best Sushi trains I have visited. My business trips over from Sydney, I’m happy to go two or three times a week. The service and selection is awesome and super fresh.
Hold enough from for the creme brûlée

Great selection of food off the train, and you can order anything off the menu and it arrives promptly. The chef was super lovely and engaging, the girls on the floor were a little less so.

Best Japanese Food in Perth! I am a big purveyor of great Japanese food, but no place in Perth comes even close to the quality that this place provides! Save your money on higher cost places like Nobu because this is real Japanese made by real Japanese people. Will definitely be back

We had just finished at the Perth Mint and this restaurant was right across the road. Food on the sushi train was freshly prepared and I was pleased to see that even the small number of hot items were fresh enough not to have lost any heat. There was a high turnover with stacks of customers coming through the doors in the time we were there. In all, we were in and out very quickly- less than 30 mins.
