So impressed. Visited with a work colleague for a work lunch. We ordered the Express Lunch special. It was a choice of two courses plus a glass of house wine. I had the zucchini flower with ricotta for entree and the duck pie for my...More
You can eat informally or formally in this restaurant but whichever you choose the food is excellent and the service good. We had a lunch there and returned the next day for dinner and very much enjoyed both visits.
Have been a regular here for many years & they never fail to deliver wonderful Italian cuisine with a smile—service is fantastic & friendly . Recommend scallops , all their pastas , everything is fresh & perfectly cooked . Will keep coming back
Came with my team to enjoy a special evening together. It had been about a year since I was here last. We were not disappointed.

Our hotel suggested Cecconi’s for the best Italian cuisine in Melbourne. The restaurant is really good. Atmosphere is very incredible and the food flawless. Drink and food prices are not for the budget minded, but perfect for a special occasion. From the adult beverages, appetizers...More
What a great restaurant, the service was brilliant from the moment we arrived. The food was just as good. I really do have to say, the waiters to our table really made the night. Bring your appetite, very generous.
I have been dining at Cecconi’s for years for both private and business occasions.

First time experience and can be considered as an interesting destination if you like italian cuisine. Great selection of food, i personnally miss some very popular dishes considered as a must to have but overall a good value for money
Having asked for a recommendation from the concierge we were booked in here for 6:30. We ordered out Aperitifs and we were half way through them when our starters arrived. The starters (arancini and prosciutto di Parma) we’re both delicious but we finished those and...More
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
