The entire Parma experience in Melbourne was a pleasant surprise to us. My previous experience with Chicken Parmesan was an outdated, overly cooked, overly breaded plate of sloppy dinner. But in Melbourne they rock the Parma! I tried Parma 4 times in my visit and...More

The schnitzels are sizeable and tasty - goes well with the salad and chips side orders. A relaxed, cool and rather collegiate ambience. Relaxing place for some grub and drinks after work and before a show at the Princess Theatre.

We stopped in for a beer or two and a quick bite to eat. We ordered Mac and cheese chicken parma and although it was big, it lacked flavour. The tomato base tasted like it was straight out of a tin and the mac and...More

Okay its actually not always about the Parma's. The ambience is chilled out, relaxed and friendly. The service is good. Try some of the craft beers, in fact try the tasting platter of craft beers. Lovely !!

I visited Mrs Parmas after a long day at work as it was recommended by a bus driver. I could see how a hungry bus driver would appreciate this place... servings look large as the Parma is beaten thin however you get a tiny bowl...More

This is one of the few places in Melbourne that offers American sized meals. You will not leave hungry here. It's also reasonably priced. The parmas all come with salad and french fries. If you're craving an American style pizza (not Neapolitan) and have come...More

This is our favourite place to go to, doesn't matter what occasion it is. For those who don't know what is a Parma : It consists of a breaded chicken breast topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella, parmesan or provolone cheese. A slice of ham...More

Arrived next door at Ovolo hotel quite late and ducked into Mrs Parma's which was busy but service was excellent. Meals are delicious but BIG- we 3 girls could have shared one Parma. Recommend it specially if you are staying in Little Burke St.

For international visitors, it would be helpful to explain what this is all about, though the locals seem to know. Even the American waitress working there said she didn't know exactly what a Parma was until she started her job. Service was fine, and food...More

Locals know that Chinatown is the tried and true place
to eat before hitting the nightclub scene. The place
simply buzzes, and the well-preserved buildings exude
a sense of Imperial China stemming from immigration

Little Bourke Street, you'll find delicious dishes
such as sizzling honeyed prawns, and value for your
money. Stately matrons oversee family kitchens serving
