Lee Ho Fook is in a small alley, tucked away upstairs. It threatened to be industrial, but somehow the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Our waiter was great, enjoying banter and available with tips of the wine and menu. The food was good, not amazing...More

I had to go here after the rave review in The Age recently and checking the reviews on this site. I must be missing something but the food was bland, not entirely fresh and as my companion said, not unpleasant, which is a pretty low...More

The staff are really friendly and efficient. The banquet is amazing. Lots to eat. Been VEGAN is always hard to find food that I like. I really enjoy last night dinner. I have to visit again. Do keep up the standard.

Unassuming on the outside, but take the stairs to the first level and a modern and busy eatery emerges. Imaginative flavors, great presentation, very good service. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely resteraunt that can get busy, but you wouldn’t know as the staff are fantastic and everything runs like clockwork. Get the crispy pork!

Interesting position down one of Melbourne’s many laneways, service is very good but there are so many restaurants offering the same sort of food that do not have this price tag. $212 for 3 people, a glass of wine was $16 which is ridiculously high....More

Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
