We‘ve been to this friendly place several times and were never disappointed at all. The food is perfect and the service is so friendly ... to remember. Go for the Swiss specials and if you have the opportunity join the setting on the first Thursday...More

Joined a group of friends for lunch and we were all impressed by the setting, food and friendly service. Quiet enough to enjoy a conversation over the meal but not stuffy or boring. Good menu and wine list was enhanced by the friendly staff and...More

Though my husband and I are not what you would call “cheese” persons we thought we ought to give this a try given that the restaurant is right here in the city of Melbourne. The Swiss Club Restaurant had a Groupon deal - two people...More

Absolutely loved our meal here. The cheese fondue is divine (you can ask for a half serve as entree). Most mains under $30 which is reasonable for the area. We had the beef goulash and the schnitzel with anchovy and fried egg (divine). Apple strudel...More

A place of Switzerland in the heart of Melbourne. If you’re feeling a bit home sick or want to experience Swiss style food. This is the place to go.

We went for dinner mid week. Was easy to get a reservation and place was half full. Fondue was tasty and the pork schnitzel with mushroom sauce was also good. Definitely recommended for a low key night out

We visited for lunch. The place looks to be for members only but upon entrance climb the stairs to the restaurant and we were pleasantly welcomed. The place is not very big but we had a nice table for two where we could have conversation...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
