With family we had lunch at Richmond Hill cafe & larder on Friday last. The service was friendly, the atmosphere warm & friendly & the food & coffee was very good! Certainly worthy of another visit!

Had lunch open steak sandwich melted in mouth . Lovely home made realise. Sweets was a poached pear in mulled wine on top of a pavlova . All great value and presentation good. Staff were friendly with seating inside or outside. Is licensed . Has a very Italian feel.

Three or four times recently my wife and I, on one occasion with a guest, have had Sunday lunch here on our way home from church. My wife and our guest on each occasion had a shell fish, sea food, based pasta or risotto and I had "Southern" chicken. On several occasions we had the "tennis" ball desert. We all... More

I love the atmosphere in this place, bright airy and plenty of room. There is a nice offer of gourmet products in the corner with a cheese room and a number of specialty cheeses for sale. We had lunch for 6 and although 2 of our meals were forgotten and not brought out, they were quick to apologise and assured... More

The scrambled eggs were very good but the croque-Monsieur was incredible! The food is so simple, unpretentious and so delicious! Service was efficient and friendly.

A super menu with some middle eastern and European delights. I chose Baghdad Eggs. Divine. Two fried eggs served on flat bread with cumin and I think Sumac. Light tasty and just the right size. The cumin just zinged in my mouth and the eggs were cooked to,perfection. I spied some rosti being delivered to other tables so ordered one... More

This place made us feel so welcome. Arrived with my 5yr old daughter on a cold and windy day. We were greeted with a smile and the waiter engaged my daughter in conversation Gave her some pencils and a drawing to colour in. Great place to visit 😄

We had six of us here for breakfast. I had the crab benedict which was so delicious and something different that you wouldn't make at home. Two others had the potato, spring onion rosti with salmon which they really enjoyed but could have used some toast with it. Coffee and atmosphere was lovely. Lovely breakfast out with friends and attentive... More

I had eggs and they were good but the staff attitude was woeful. Never go back. Parking a pain and the atmosphere full of highly talkative people not relaxing or even remotely enjoyable.

Once again another great Melbourne restaurant that is always consistent and always buzzing. The breakfast menu here is always different with interesting variations of traditional meals. The service is always first rate and the meals are excellent. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with dining here.
