I had lunch with a friend at this venue where we have dined before.
My friend had a Vege Burrito and I had the Nachos with Chicken. I enjoyed a schooner of Stone & Wood draft beer.
Both meals were very tasty and this place...More
Dropped in for a meal. Quick seating after waiting 2 minutes. Music was non descriptive but bass was noticeable. Self service ordering (remember your table #), good menu at reasonable prices. Had main Nachos, paid $5 extra for black beans. Topping were plonked on top...More
Food was great. The margarita glasses could've been at least half of a glass, it was more of a quarter of a glass serve. Booking our reservation (6 pm) we weren't told we needed to the vacate the table at 7:30 pm nor were we...More
We dropped in with a large group for a Tuesday night. The place was pretty busy and staff more interested in going home was where they wanted to go. Told us at 8:30 they were closing. The meals were all absolute rubbish. Tasteless with very...More
Although the service was fantastic, we found the portions to be underwhelming. The prawn taco was rather small to say the least. The quality of the food and cocktails weren’t that great either for the price.
We will not be returning.
Ordered the beef burrito, which was advertised as containing "chopped beef". Unfortunately this meant dense, flavourless hamburgers, roughly chopped up. Unsure if this is common practice here, or if they just ran out of proper beef and had to substitute, but it is unacceptable. Won't...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
